SolWorldConference 2011 Hungary – Discovering Treasures in Organisations
From May 19th to 21th 2011 the 10th SolConference took place in Hungary in Hotel Anna Grand in Balatonfüret at the wonderful Lake Balaton. There were 127 participants from 23 countries* (!). People shared knowledge, experience and ideas about applications of the solution focus approach to organizational work, including change, facilitation, coaching and organizational development.
Within the 37 Workshops, one was held by myself (SF-OD) and another with Petra Müller-Demary from Rumania (Scale as SySt).
Details of my two workshops:
